If you use an M-38 or CJ-3A frame to replace a CJ-2A frame the left motor mount will not line up, but a simple adapter can be used. Early CJ-3A frames and M-38 frames have the tabs for installing bottom mounted radiators like the CJ-2A has. The maximum efficient RPM for a G0-Devil is the same as the maximum torque output @ 2100 RPM. With standard 29" tall tires the pre 1963 CJ's will optimally cruise at 35 MPH. The 45 is a step hotter, and may resist oil fouling a little better. A 44S or 45S (S=extended tip [not to be confused with long reach]) would work as well, but may be more susceptible to oil fouling. Hopefully the fittings on the tank will reflect the proper line sizes. FYI. Looks like I have (1) 1/4" and (2) 1/8" outlets. The 1/4" was plugged and the (2) 1/8" were return and feed.
