I need a few more shards to construct the 3rd, but I have all the parts. I did Mining first, and it took an intermediate amount of time to complete. It was approximately 2.5 hrs before I got the 1st mace head, then approximately 1 hr after to get a 2nd head and 3rd head. I was able to afford the luck buff and mining buff after this..
