The Agua Hedionda Lagoon Discovery Center is a nature center dedicated to environmental education and outreach. We are located on the eastern end of the Agua Hedionda Lagoon estuary and wetland area in Carlsbad. The 3,800 square foot building was completed in October 2004 and began hosting public programs and outreach activities in 2005. We ordered 3 dozen oysters online and called the Aquafarm for some help with our order. The person on the phone was friendly & very helpful as to availability & selection of the varieties. The oyster were marvelously fresh & delicious. I often visit a couple of oyster farms in Mendocino so was really happy to discover the Carlsbad Aquafarm.
