Yes, Kokushibo is very strong, but even while poisoned Muzan was still stronger. 3rd strongest is giyuu or obanai. If you gonna bring up STW then sanemi should be 4th bc he dont have it but its still possible for him to be 2nd. Muichiro is 5th imo. But could be 4th. Obanai is 4th, 5th or 3rd. Giyuu is 4th or 3rd.
