For the LR3 -- which happens once every few months or so, I just re-seat it as best I can. On the LR4, you can either (1-piece) tape the bonnet to the frame for a more or less permanent fix, or use LR's troubleshooting and report system to eventually be sent a "better" bonnet gratis from LR/Whisker.
