It's accurate. I thought the same thing too when I took it literally a week ago from today, did the Pvt 30 minutes after taking the exam and got the good pop up. Its a trick where if you try to register for another exam either you a. get the good pop up saying you cant register (means you passed) or b. it declines your card or tells you wrong info (which means you failed).
