I…My Seamoth got stuck in the island once. All you have to do is get floaters, get as close to the island as possible, and release them. It should attach to the Seamoth and make the it jump out of the island. You may have to repair it a bit, but you will have it back. Grab a repair tool and a propulsion cannon thing if you got one, and spike crabs titanium and plants into it to knock it in the water while checking the health and repairing as necessary.
