If the P365 is too small for your hands, then I would easily recommend the XL. The XL is a belt carry gun while the P365 has a bit more versatility with concealment due to its size. I've owned both at the same time and ended up getting rid of the XL. I like how the P365 rides and there's a bit of sentimental value attached to the P365.Easy process and may take five minutes (plenty of YouTube "how to" videos out there). However, my P365 is an early production model (February 2018) and aside from the dead night sights (which was fixed by Sig), I have yet to have an issue with the gun. No issues mounting the Romeo Zero. Problem is the slide will not go into battery. Tried with snap caps loaded in 12 rd. mag and no go. Only put 1 in and still will not go into battery.
