I can't find any information online searching about the Tailsman. Its the specific Size 2 "Guardian" enemies in the 2nd level of the Darkest Dungeon. They have a high damage attack called Revelation that gets reduced to ~4 damage if it hits one of your characters that have the torch trinket equipped.

The Infernal Flame is supposed to be DD2's hard mode, but in my opinion, the game is straight up better when playing with it equipped.
