Car extracts give good scav karma. Pmc/scav combo extracts give good scav karma. So you can get 3.5ish rep from those then you also get 1.1 rep from fence at level 50. I find most all PMCs will be wearing some type of face covering so if they’re not it’s a pretty good assumption they’re a scav.
